Workout

Our classes are designed for ALL fitness levels and are taught by instructors certified in pre- and post- natal fitness. In an hour you will get a complete head-to-toe workout that will leave you feeling energized and strong! Our workouts are station based. At each station we use resistance bands, cones, benches, steps, and other features in the environment to give you a great workout.

Exercising Pre and Post Baby

Always obtain your physician's approval before beginning any exercise routine. Unless you have a medical condition that limits you, your physician will typically give the thumbs up at 6 weeks postpartum. We encourage expectant moms to continue to exercise through their pregnancy as long as everything has been approved by their physician. Instructors are trained in both pre and post natal fitness and follow the ACOG guidelines. We can modify any exercise that poses an issue as you progress through your pregnancy.

Fussy Kiddos

As a stroller based workout, our first priority is the safety and happiness of your little one(s). Our instructors do their best to keep the kids entertained in their strollers, but sometimes kids will be fussy no matter what. Because our workout is station based, if you have to stop to tend to a crying baby, you can always catch up with us at the next station. If your baby is so fussy that you miss class, we will be happy to credit you another class.

Stroller Information

Stroller Form:

As you walk or run with your stroller, keep your chest up and your shoulders pulled back and down. Your wrists should remain neutral and your hips should be close to the bar. Our instructors will be happy to help you with this at class.

Staying in the Stroller:

We know your kids often want to get out of the stroller and join in the class, but we encourage you to keep your children in the stroller. Their safety is our biggest priority!

Sharing the Road:

When we are outside, we share the parks and paths with many walkers, runners, cyclists, etc. When we are moving between stations, please do your best to walk on the right and pass on the left.
